  1. This program requires VBRUN300.DLL and COMMDLG.DLL. These are common
  2. windows DLL's and should already exist on your system. However, you can
  3. FTP a copy of each at "cyberspace.com" at "pub/archive/tierra". Copy 
  4. VBRUN300.DLL and COMMDLG.DLL to your "C:\windows\system" directory or 
  5. its equivalent before you attempt to install this program.
